I am committed to helping homeless pets find their furever homes.  I've worked with Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue (http://www.louieslegacy.org/home/) since December of 2011 and have photographed hundreds of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens.   In 2014 I had the immense honor to be named Louie's Legacy True Blue Volunteer of the year.   I am extremely proud of this recognition.   I work hard to make sure these animals have the best image possible to give them a better chance of being adopted.

I have also worked with Naked K9 Rescue (http://nakedk9rescue.rescuegroups.org) and Xolo Rescue League ( www.xolorescueleague.petfinder.com).

I was extremely proud that Cesar Millan Foundation picked up a story of Dan the Coonhound, from Highland County Humane Society in 2013 and used my photo's.  Dan had been at the shelter for over 10 years!   Because of all the attention of Dan's story, and through the help of social media, Dan has found his forever home.

I am a proud member of HeARTS Speak, an international organization whose mission is to unite the individual efforts of animal artists and animal rescues into collective action for social change.   I encourage everyone to do what they can to help save innocent animals as well.   You don't have to have a special talent to make your voice count.  You just have to have a big heart and a little extra time or money.  Adopt, foster, volunteer and/or donate to a rescue group of your choice.   It's important and the rewards are great.
